These are 3 of the latest pieces in my new series of drawings in trois couleurs (three color conte/chalk; sienna, black and white). Two of these were selected by juror Raphael Fitzgerald of the National Museum of Women in the arts for the following exhibit in Lorton Virginia. I hope you can stop by the see the drawings in person.

In celebration of Women's History Month, and in special recognition of the 1917 history of the Occoquan Workhouse and the suffragist's movement, the Workhouse Arts Center presents Women Interpreting the Female Form Juried Exhibition from March 2-27. Juror: Raphael Fitzgerald, curatorial assistant and exhibition coordinator at the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Please join us for the opening award reception on Sunday, March 6 in Gallery W-16 from 2- 4pm.
